Neighbors Bank has truly taking its time choosing amazing employees that you can trust. My experience from the very beginning to buying my first home was explained in great detail thanks to loan officer, Jason Reedy. He walked me through the process and answered every question possible.

I cannot say enough positive things about Neighbors Bank, our loan officer (Tim Vieck), loan coordinator (Abbie Maislin) and the real estate agent they paired us with (Tammy Jackson). I went from a pipe dream of an application assuming I would get turned down for the loan to closing on my home in just 2 months. Every one of them was fantastic to work with, stayed in constant contact with me to make sure I understood every step of the process. They answered every phone call and responded to text messages and emails almost instantly. I got a great interest rate thanks to Tim working with me and the final closing cost was right in line with their estimate at the beginning of the process. I absolutely recommend Neighbors Bank and their mortgage team and in the future should I be in the market for another house, I will definitely be coming back to them.
