Awesome Bank to work with. Very nice and respectful Folks. They made are home buying very easy and fast. We was comfortable with them always there to answer any questions we had no matter the time of day or holiday to weekends off. Thank you for everything Neighbors Bank.

Lots of pop up issues and repeat tasking that bordered insanity. But the Loan Officer and Real estate agent definitely did everything they could it seemed to make it as smooth as possible for me. Great job!

If you’re a first time homebuyer, talk with a loan officer at NB and see what they can do for you. They will tell you everything you need honestly, and be there for you every step of the way. I had a wonderful home buying experience with them. There were some bumps and technicalities I had to deal with, with the type of loan I got, but I knew where I stood at all times, and I got the house I wanted! I strongly recommend this lender. The only thing between you owning a home is Neighbors Bank!

Neighbors bank is good for a good rate and has a neat online platform. However they have a lot of work to do to make the home-buying experience better. They need to make a tool to figure out what the best option would be for your mortgage payment/closing costs/points/credits etc that would have eliminated many of the trouble that I had with them. Their staff also need to be better trained.
