Erich has been great since day 1. Checked up on me every time and is always available when needed. Very easy to talk to and he talks in a very understanding and compassionate way. I would have never asked for a different loan officer. I told him to keep doing what he's doing. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. 11/10.

Neighbors Bank made my home buying journey possible. I shopped around once my credit was ran and no other bank/Lender came close to what Neighbors Bank offered. Initially, I was only inquiring about my score (thinking I was way off) within minutes I was pre-approved. After finding a home, the process between contingent approval and clear to close took no time. Doing it all online made it easier. Whatever they asked for, I was able to send online immediately. If you are ready or in doubt, reach out to Neighbors Bank!
