Oftentimes, when I hear of a national bank, I wonder if I would be just another number on a page. But, from the very instance I requested a preapproval on my home loan, I knew that I was dealing with deeply caring professionals. I could send a text or email, and get a response within minutes. Oftentimes, I would get a phone call to answer any questions that I had. I have enjoyed my experience with Neighbor's Bank.

please vet the appraisers you work with, my closing was delayed a full week for no good reason. first it was due to third party appraisers but it was then delayed additional days because of 'scheduling' and closers needing two full business days, which turned into three days...I believe Melissa and Shelby did their best and were great to work with, but neighbors bank itself needs to be speedier. my lawyer said that neighbors bank was 'one of the more difficult to work with.'

Working with neighbors was the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever had. The way the website and to do list was set up made it very easy to upload our documents. I would never use this bank again after this experience. Nobody involved on our end had ever seen anything as ridiculous as the delays and poor communication on display from Neighbors bank.
