This was our second time buying a home, but this experience was by far greater than the first time we bought a house. Your underwriting process has some serious problems. We were asked several times to produce documents only the seller could produce, and when we asked for clarification we felt mistrusted and that the underwriter thought we were perpetrating a fraud. Eventually we came to understand that most of our problems were caused by an inexperienced underwriter asking for items not needed for this type of loan, or for the wrong property (mistake in the address made by our processor which led to misunderstandings with the underwriter.) Thankfully, Steve was able to get us back on track and through to close on time.
